GroupWise Consulting and Training
The staff at NETCB has been involved in the largest number of GroupWise deployments in Africa. This also means that NETCB has staff with experience on GroupWise since 1992 when it was still known as WordPerfect Office.

Our Remote Support Services are using BOMGAR as a secure and audited mechanism of providing customers with support as if an engineer is on-site. Incident Management and activity recording are registered via our On-line Service Desk Management system, which is developed and maintained in-house and provided to select customers for internal use.
